I have this problem. I've had it for a long time, but it's become progressively worse as time passes.
I anticipate so much of tomorrow I expect away today. All the time.
Time ties me up so much and I make excuses. Tiredness isn't a reason to not smile, as much as busyness ins't a reason to not slow my headstrong pace.
This last month, life has been all about the pauses in between the flurry. Those moments where time has time has stood still; golden and full of words; said and unsaid.
I'm a cup, brimming over, and I am grateful.
Hardship does teach you to hold on in ways I never imagined possible; It reveals the bare, bleeding bones of thankfulness, and oddly enough, it's beautiful.
